Funeral services for Diana Lee Powell, age 79 of Vernal, will be held Friday September 1, 2023 at 11:00am at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Visitation for family and friend will be held Thursday from 6PM ~ 8PM and Friday 9:45am ~ 10:45am all at the funeral home.
Interment in Vernal Memorial Park under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
