The Utah Department of Veterans and Military Affairs (UDVMA), in partnership with the Utah Department of Health and Human Service (DHHS), the VA Salt Lake City, and the Utah Department of Workforce Services (DWS), is pleased to announce the upcoming Mission Ready: Military, Veteran & Family Wellness Fair. This free community event is designed to connect military members, veterans, and their families with vital resources and support services across various areas, including employment, education, family services, community engagement, health and wellness programs, and veteran benefits assistance.
This event is made possible through the collaborative efforts of numerous organizations dedicated to supporting Utah's military community.
· Health and Wellness / Suicide Prevention: Mental health services, healthcare providers, wellness programs, and crisis support.
· Housing and Financial Stability: Housing assistance, financial counseling, employment resources, and legal aid.
· Education, Employment, and Transition: Educational opportunities, career services, job training, and resources for transitioning out of military service.
· Community Support Resources: Local support networks, family programs, volunteer opportunities, and recreational activities.
