Duchesne County Commission Approves 2023 Budget

Duchesne County Commission approved their 2023 budget this month. Clerk-Auditor JoAnn Evans presented a budget of $56,580,122 dollars during the December 5th Commission meeting. Many of the funds were reviewed, including the General Fund at nearly $29.6 million dollars, Capital Projects at $8 million dollars, Grant Trust Fund at $4 million dollars, Duchesne/Wasatch Blue Bench Landfill Special Service District at $2.7 million dollars, B-Roads at $2.9 million, and the Library Fund at just over $1 million dollars. During the December 12th Commission meeting, the Duchesne County Commissioners officially certified the 2023 budget.
