Following public outcry, Moffat County Sheriff’s Office announced last month the end of their use of Flock cameras in Moffat County. This week, they took the cameras all down.

An intruder who broke into a Roosevelt home last week was arrested after leaving behind identifying information. Officers responded to a call on September 9th in which an outside door had been kicked in.
An alleged burglary in Vernal City ended in arrest last week. The victims had woken up to the sound of their garage door opening. They then heard someone attempting to open the back door at which point they called 911.
Uintah School District has announced that in conjunction with Utah Senate Bill 241, new assessments and interventions are being added to elementary schools. SB 241 went into effect on July 1st.
