The clock is ticking and the pressure is on as the talented Moon family of Jensen put the finishing touches on their epic gingerbread display for the public. Each year, Roosevelt Library Director Stephen Moon and his family choose a book or literary theme to create an all gingerbread display destined for the Roosevelt Branch Library during the Christmas season.

According to the announcement, the federal quota of 20 trumpeter swans was met on Friday, November 26th, prompting the prohibition of killing any swan in Utah starting November 27th.
