Funeral Services for Sybil Gross Phillips, age 75 of Vernal, will be held Friday, August 16, 2024 at 11 AM at the Maeser Stake Center with viewings held Thursday, August 15th from 6-8 PM at the Blackburn Mortuary and Friday 1 hr prior to service at the Chapel.
Burial will be in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery under the care of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
