KNEU 1250Vernal City recently created a new zoning category to assist with downtown development. Vernal City Manager Quinn Bennion explains that the newly created mixed-use zoning (MXD) enables more flexibility for properties to function with both commercial and residential uses.

The auction alone was a record breaking $310,300 dollars and with the tree toppers, raffle items, and silent auction items added on, the grand total for 2021 is $371,055 dollars. That is more than $86,000 dollars over the previous record set in 2019 of $285,000 dollars.
