The Roosevelt Branch of the Duchesne County Library System shared the news on Thursday stating that Duchesne County presented the Roosevelt library project that day to the Community Impact Board requesting funding.

Uintah School District announced Wednesday that, as a precaution, Eagle View Elementary has moved their 7th grade class to online learning following a third confirmed case of COVID-19 since December 2nd. “There are currently 33 students enrolled in the 7th grade at Eagle View,” shares the District announcement.

Uintah County issued a press release on Tuesday announcing that $4.5 million dollars have been awarded locally in two rounds of funding. “Uintah County, Vernal City, Naples City, and Ballard City partnered together to create the Uintah Small Business Grant to help offer relief funding for local businesses.
